Your username and password are your Jefferson Community College Active Directory (network) ID and password. If you do not have a Jefferson Community College Active Directory ID or you are having difficulties logging in please contact the HelpDesk. For Faculty and Staff the HelpDesk number is 315-786-2262. Faculty/Staff
Your username is a combination of the first initial of your first name and your last name. For example, the username for Joe Smith is jsmith.

If you do not know your password, please contact the HelpDesk at 315-786-2262.

Students
Your username is a combination of the first initial of your first name, your last name (all in lower case) and the month and day of your birth date (in four digit format).

Your password is your birthday, in six-digit format (month, day, year). To change your password from on campus, log in to a computer, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and click the “Change Password” button. To change your password from off campus, contact the Student Help Desk at 315-786-6511.

Here are some examples:

John Doe was born May 5, 1985.
His username is jdoe0505 and his password is 050585.
Jane Doe-Smith was born October 13, 1976
Her username is jdoesmith1013 and her password is 101376.
Jill O'Conner was born December 31, 1960
Her username is joconner1231 and her password is 123160.
